       Polystyrene plastic is a tough, light weight plastic with good dielectric properties. Polystyrene is available in a wide range of formulations that alter it's properties, making it an ideal plastic for many applications.

  • Some types of polystyrene plastic include general purpose, high impact, structural form, and extruded.
  • Some applications of polystyrene include knobs, light shields, disposable beverage glasses, packaging items, radio/TV cabinets, tape reels, toys, houseware, and baseboards.
