CUSTOM FABRICATION

In addition to being a major distributor of plastic goods, Multi-Craft has a full service fabrication shop. We’re capable of producing single prototypes, or small and large runs of an endless variety of plastic items.

We’re set up for the simple AND the sophisticated. Straight saw cuts, lathe work and drill holes are easy. But then our machinery and expertise make precise contour cuts, critical shaping, and multiple drill hole patterns easy as well.

Our two large format CNC routers allow us to perform precision cutting on large sheets.

We also have four laser-cutting tables giving us the ability to cut, drill or etch up to 4 x 8 sheets of a variety of different plastics.

Our two ovens can take up to 6 x 10 sheets.  These, along with our line-bending tables, make us leaders in the area for making products requiring heat bending, vacuum and drape forming.

To apply the finishing touches we can bevel or round edges, and then  mechanically-, flame-, or buff-polish your products to brilliance.
