Multi-Craft
Inc. was founded in 1946 four WWII veterans. Each possessed
specific skills in different areas . . . metal, leather, plastic and
wood. Hence the name Multi-Craft. Over the years, one man –
Emil
Lachenmeier – with an optimistic vision of the future and a
passion for
his field of plastics, became the major stockholder in the company and
renamed it Multi-Craft Plastics.
We are now in the third
generation of ownership. Emil and Grace Lachenmeier’s son,
Richard is
President and CEO. His two sons, Kevin and Carey, are VP’s of
Sales and
Fabrication, respectively. They, along with Richard’s wife,
Petrice,
are working daily to serve our Pacific Northwest customers.
In
May, 2011, we celebrated our 65th anniversary in business, with an
appreciation for our past achievements and excitement about our future
challenges. We thank you for your patronage and look forward to working
with you in the future.
