RTape makes all the application tapes you need and more, too...offering you a full line of premasks, overlaminates, polycarbonate films, embossed "3D" vinyl, and other adhesive-based products for a wide range of graphics applications--from point-of-purchase displays to fleet decals--including many innovative products not available from other manufacturers.

A major contributor to the success of our products is our use of high-performance papers, films, adhesives, and resins, many of which are proprietary to RTape--because our engineers designed and built them. Every product is tested for quality assurance for consistent, reliable performance from roll to roll. Thanks to our in-line slitting technique we prevent our cut rolls from tearing during application.

Thanks to our industry-leading RLA technology, our Conform Series application tapes adhere and lay flat to the release liner. So they don't pucker, wrinkle, or tunnel--even when graphics are rolled or stacked for long-term storage. And if you want to leave a lasting impression, we have deep embossed vinyl products that enable you to achieve a unique 3D look that really pops and catches the consumer's eye.

LOW TAC TAPE

DIGIMASK w/ RLA Tape
All in 100 yd rolls.
Digital Print Premask…low and ultra-low tack series of tapes, using standard weight paper premask. Features Conform Series RLA release liner adhesion, which allows DigiMask to stick to slick silicone release liners. Also utilizes a heavy coat-weight adhesive system with exceptional flow out (wetting) characteristics, so the masking adheres to a print with no puckering, even though the tack is ultra-low. This allows DigiMask to be removed from graphics easily and cleanly following application, without pulling overlaminates away from prints or pulling pigment from prints without a clear coat or laminate.
