Expanded PVC   Celtec®

A lightweight, rigid material combining the chemical resistance and fabrication capabilities of rigid PVC with a closed cell expanded core.  The satin finish PVC outer skin and the cellular PVC inner core are produced in a single, proprietary operation to eliminate the problems of delaminating that may occur in other composites The material eliminates time consuming surface preparation for painting or lamination.  The material can be cut, joined, and fabricated with a wide variety of adhesives and fasteners using readily available hand tools, hobby knifes, and saws.

Thicknesses:    Most colors – 3mm, 6mm.

                        White, Black, Gray only. – 12mm, 19mm.

                        White and Black only – 1mm, 2mm, 25mm.

                        White only – 4mm.

Colors:             White, Black, Lt. Gray, Dk. Gray, Yellow, Lt. Blue, Dk. Blue, Orange,

                        Green, Violet, Beige, Red.

Sizes:               All colors – 4x8.

                        White only – 4x10, 5x10.
