Fabrication

• Specializes in precision cutting and fabrication of plastic sheet goods into high-quality finished products.
• Offers services like cutting, gluing, polishing, CNC routing, laser cutting, and waterjet cutting.
• Provides custom design and machining for simple to complex projects, ensuring high craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Laser (CNC)

• Uses high-focused laser beams for precise cutting of lines, curves, holes, and cutouts with tolerances as tight as 0.005 inches.
• Processes materials like acrylic, ABS, styrene, gasket, fabric, paper, and wood, with minimal waste.
• Supports prototyping, one-off parts, small or volume production runs, with machine work areas from 18”x24” to 80”x120”.
• Capable of cutting up to 1" thick acrylic and supports camera registration for pre-printed sheets.
• Utilizes Corel Draw (.CDR) and imports file formats like .PDF, .DXF, .EPS, .PLT, .AI for 2D vector designs.

Routing (CNC)

• Employs MasterCam software for precise toolpath programming on MultiCam CNC router tables.
• Suitable for prototypes, custom furniture, signage, and components from wood, plastics, aluminum, or composites.
• Supports file formats like STEP, PDF, DXF, DWG, and can digitize designs from sketches or mechanical drawings.
• Router tables range from 48”x96” to 80”x120”, optimizing efficiency and yield for various substrate sizes.

Water Jet (CNC)

• Uses OMAX 80X Series for high-pressure waterjet cutting, with or without garnet abrasive for enhanced cutting power.
• Cuts a wide range of materials, including aluminum, brass, carbon fiber, ceramic, glass, granite, plastic, stainless steel, and titanium.
• Not recommended for tempered materials; suitable for industries like jewelry, aerospace, education, and metal fabrication.
• Offers cost-effective, on-demand solutions for high-quality machined parts.

Cutting & Sawing

• Material handling and cutting capabilities up to 4” thick.
• Cutting sheet widths up to 144” wide
• Multiple Beam Saw allow for quick, precise and efficient cutting with short lead times (same day capable).

Delivery

• Offers daily delivery from three locations: Portland, Eugene, and Kent (Auburn/Seattle), using box trucks and work vans.
• Portland: Covers Portland Metro area (Gresham, Hillsboro, Vancouver, Wilsonville) Monday through Friday.
• Eugene: Services Eugene/Springfield, Junction City, and Cottage Grove daily.
• Auburn: Covers Seattle and Tacoma Metro areas, from Everett to Lakewood, including I-405 and WA-167 routes.
• Specialty Routes:
  • Twice-weekly routes (Tuesday/Thursday) between Portland and Eugene, servicing Salem, Albany, and Corvallis.
  • Twice-weekly routes (Tuesday/Friday) from Portland to Seattle, covering Ridgefield, Longview, Chehalis, Centralia, and Olympia.
  • Weekly Wednesday deliveries to Roseburg, Grants Pass, Medford/Central Point, and Ashland (by appointment).
  • Bi-weekly Thursday deliveries to Central Oregon (Madras, Prineville, Redmond, Bend).
