Celtec Expanded PVC is a lightweight,rigidmaterial combining the chemical resistance and fabrication capabilities of rigid PVC with a closed cellexpanded core. The satin finish PVC outer skin and the cellular PVC inner core are produced in a single, proprietary operation to eliminatethe problems of delaminating that may occur in other composites. The material eliminates time consuming surface preparation for painting orlamination. The material can be cut, joined, and fabricated with a widevariety of adhesives and fasteners using readily available hand tools, hobby knifes, and saws.
