GENERAL DUTIES:
Grow revenue and profits in all product categories; product training provided.
Complete a territory plan that identifies targets and growth and track performance goals.
Analyze trends in the sales and leadership of customer service teams.
Provide monthly performance reports to senior-level executives and corporate.
Provide timely information on market and competitive conditions.
Adhere to the pricing policies and promote all products.
Assist customer service team and work in partnership to grow revenues and profits, resolve customer problems and deliver a high level of service.
Present a professional image and demeanor to customers, follow all employment policies, and conduct yourself and your business in a professional and ethical manner.
Ensure market share in area through recruiting and training qualified accounts.
Know how to sell, operate, and identify our products in a competitive market.
Develop and manage annual sales and expense budget.
Answer phones and handle standard orders and quotes.
Assist on-site and will-call customers. Recommend value-added services, when appropriate.
Enter orders in POS system utilizing CRM program to record activity with customers.
Monitor jobs through order initiation, production, and through delivery and/or will-call.
Timely response to questions & quotes that require you to call back & email customers.
Effectively coordinate vision and direction with corporate headquarters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Courteous person-to-person skills and strong math skills
Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office/Warehouse open Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. After training inside the office, the applicant is expected to primarily work outside sales, with an ongoing expectation to fill inside sales when the office is short staffed.
Competitive wage based on experience, plus a benefits package that includes health, dental, Rx and retirement. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
